Small Stellated Dodecahedron
Origami paper has totally taken over my desk at home – it’s a mess I can live with though. Last night’s creation was this small stellated dodecahedron (12 stellated pentagons; 60 triangular faces) constructed using 30 of these units.
Cube
I think I’ve reached a new level in my modular origami making career — reverse engineering. I was surfing the web this morning and came across this picture of a cool looking cube but no instructions for building it. So I figured out how the make the units based on this simple design. I think it looks excellent and it’s another use for my stack of double-sided-coloured paper.
Icosahedron
It’s been a while since I posted a picture of a new origami creation. Rest assured that I haven’t stopped folding. This is an icosahedron (20 equilateral triangle faces) contructed using intructions from this book and some cool two-sided paper.
