Re: arch taping, there exist pre-made elastic thingies that you just pull on (more like &quot;tug on&quot; - they&#039;re tight) and you can then reuse them until they wear out. The kind I like best are &quot;Futuro&quot; brand (I&#039;m pretty sure about that; I&#039;m not where I can check right now). CVS drugstores carry them, at least where I am. They come in different sizes depending on ankle circumference. I think the box calls them &quot;ankle supports&quot; rather than &quot;arch supports,&quot; but what does the box know!&lt;br /&gt;

MUCH quicker and less of a nuisance than taping, IMO!&lt;br /&gt;
