A Saturday in Toronto

I had a perfect Saturday with Matt in Toronto. I slept in and then did an 8 mile run along the lakeshore (my last longish training run before the marathon). After the run we wandered down to Queen St W and had brunch (I had coffee and blueberry pancakes) and then stopped to buy double sided origami paper. We then went to the Toronto Football Club (TFC) match versus DC United. That’s a picture of the new BMO Field above and there are more photos of the game in my Toronto FC photoset on flickr. Unfortunately Toronto lost but it was still a lot of fun. Later we met Laura and a friend of hers for a thai dinner and then Timmy’s hot chocolates. I went to bed on Saturday night exhuasted but happy.
