    Congratulations! You deserve this excellent result after all the hard work you have done.

    I ran this FCHM with only few minutes behind you:) It was a perfect day for running (sunny, cool & No Rain in Vancouver)! The long slope between 18-19K was a challenge for me. Thanks for your blog. It really kept me up especially the last few weeks before the race.

    P.S. I may pass you next time :p
