Dionisio Camping

After a last minute shopping spree at MEC on Friday night Matt and I spent the Victoria day long weekend camping on Galiano Island with a few friends. I hadn’t been on a bike in almost a year but managed to do 115 km of cycling over three days. We had great weather (if you ignore the rain on the ride home) and it was lovely to get out of the city and slow down for a while. We saw sea stars, sea anemone, sea otters, bald eagles, deer and I think I even saw a mink.
